Ruth Eley
Chair, Together in Dementia Everyday (tide)

A qualified social worker, Ruth previously served as Deputy Director of Social Services at Liverpool City Council before being seconded to the Department of Health in England. There, she held several roles, culminating in her position as National Programme Lead for Older People and Dementia
Ruth is Vice-Chair of the Liverpool Dementia Action Alliance, a network of over 115 organisations working together to make Liverpool a dementia-friendly city. She is also a Trustee of Dementia Liverpool, its sister charity, and a Board member of Dementia Community.
