Mind the gap – navigating young onset dementia from pre-diagnosis onwards

Dementia Forward has delivered a young onset dementia support service across North Yorkshire for over 10 years. Initially focusing on outward-bound respite days, the service has grown to provide age-specific support, advice and information and the team is now working to improve the availability of respite and care.

Our webinar on Wednesday 21st February 2024 at 12pm will share the learning from Dementia Forward’s work with hundreds of families at all stages of young onset dementia from before diagnosis and beyond. An update on progress of their U&ME campaign in North Yorkshire will also be offered.
