Dominique is the Chief Operating Officer of Sodexo’s home care services for the UK and Ireland. She has worked at The Good Care Group (TGCG) for the past 11 years and has been the Managing Director since its acquisition in April 2019. The Good Care Group has been a fast-growing provider of live in care services enabling older people to stay in their own homes and communities. Dominique is proud to have achieved an Outstanding Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating in all five categories. Prior to that she held positions with Sunrise Senior Living and Sainsbury’s.
Dominique is also Chair of the United Kingdom Homecare Association (UKHCA), a non-executive director of London and Quadrant Living main board where she also chairs the care board and is a director of the Live-in Care Hub. She has also been appointed to the advisory board for Thalamos. She is passionate about the coming together of health and social care, improving and evidencing outcomes and through her appointment at Sodexo Homecare | UK & I the opportunity to improve care pathways for mental health.
Dominique joined the Young Dementia Network as making a difference and being a part of shaping change for people living with young onset is important to her. Having worked with some clients needing support, it became evident that raising awareness of both the issues and needs affecting younger people was much needed. She is the lead of the Network’s Understanding and Awareness workstream.
